He is deeply devoted to providing high-quality and compassionate care. He has a particular interest in the interface between religion, spirituality, and psychiatry.

Medical Director
Dr. Patton graduated from Duke University Medical Center in 2014 as a child and adolescent psychiatrist.
Dr. Patton is an experienced and devoted clinician with a particular interest in disruptive behaviors in children, OCD, and cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT).
George Cannon

George Cannon is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to maintaining high standards of patient care. He believes in a patient-centered approach and values comprehensive treatment plans. George treats each patient as unique, emphasizing the importance of personalized, culturally appropriate care. He enjoys listening to his patients and learning from each encounter.
Christine Rutayisire

Christine Rutayisire began her career in 2005 when she earned an undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Miami. She later obtained a master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. Over the past 20 years, she has worked in various specialties, including psychiatric, emergency, and pediatric healthcare. Christine values cultural diversity and previously served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Rwanda, focusing on healthcare infrastructure development and community mental health needs.
Christine is committed to providing clients with a safe, nonjudgmental space to express concerns and address life’s challenges. Recognizing that every individual is unique, she is dedicated to providing collaborative, patient-tailored care through up-to-date, evidence-based practices. She strives to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients while fostering resilience and coping skills, paving the way toward a better quality of life.
Sara-Jean Debrosse

Sara is a warm, compassionate, and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing high-quality mental health care for individuals across the lifespan. With over 14 years of nursing experience, she brings both a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health.
Originally from New York City, Sara has developed a broad range of clinical experiences that shape her patient-centered approach. While her primary focus is medication management, she believes in treating the whole person — taking time to understand each individual’s unique challenges, strengths, and environment. She strives to create a safe and accepting space where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered on their journey to mental wellness.
Rubina Hemani
PMHNP-BC, AGNP-C
Rubina Hemani is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult Psychiatry and Geriatric Care. She has seven years of experience working in psychiatry clinics. She completed her diploma as a Registered Nurse at the Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi, Pakistan, her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Florida Southern College, and her Postgraduate Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Disorders from Wilkes University.
Rubina is well-versed in caring for adult patients with both mental and physical illnesses. She uses evidence-based practices and is able to assess, examine, diagnose, and create focused treatment plans. She also educates patients and their families about the disease process and actively involves them in the plan of care. Her goal is to build strong connections with her patients and include them in their recovery process to achieve the best possible outcomes. Rubina is passionate about serving you and your family.
Nicole Batey

Nicole is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in inpatient mental health nursing and experience across many other areas of the nursing profession. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from Nova Southeastern University in 2024. With 20 years of healthcare experience, Nicole is committed to providing compassionate, patient-focused, and quality care.
Nicole enjoys working with patients of all ages but has a special interest in children with mental health disorders. She also has a strong interest in psychosis, its causes, and in learning more about schizophrenia in both children and adults. Nicole is dedicated to helping reduce the stigma of mental illness, particularly in cultures where it is often misunderstood or seen as a weakness rather than a true illness.
Robert Lohlein

Robert earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of Central Florida and the University of Miami’s School of Nursing and Health Sciences. He completed his Master of Science in Nursing at Florida International University.
Throughout his career as both a nurse and a nurse practitioner, he has consistently worked with diverse populations. His driving force is the desire to make meaningful and lasting changes in the lives of his patients.
Jasmine Luckett-Epps

Jasmine is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in psychology and special education. She has experience working with exceptional children in the education system who have emotional and developmental disabilities.
She is dedicated to bridging the gap between mental and physical well-being. Jasmine holds a special interest in caring for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and has devoted her passion for learning to expanding ways to meet these needs.
Tachianna Mitchell

Tachianna Mitchell earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of Central Florida and Herzing University. She went on to receive her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University.

Hadassah Rooney

Hadassah earned her master’s degree in nursing from Frontier Nursing University and her undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida.
With over 10 years of experience, Rooney — a board member of the Florida Chapter of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association — is skilled in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorder, with a focus on crisis management and individualized care.
